PLEASE NOTE: While we will try to get everyone into the house as quickly as possible, we will be limited by the size of the house and quantity of items for sale. Please dress for the weather.

This phenomenal Wayland home is filled with antiques and unusual items, plus furniture, decor, sterling silver books, artwork, vintage and contemporary clothing, jewelry, fine china, kitchen gadgets, tools, and much, much more.

We will not be selling items in advance (unless otherwise noted) or posting prices, but please feel free to inquire about prices by phone or text at (781) 374-7337 or via email at info@BeaconEstateSales.com. Information will be available by the end of the week leading up to the sale, but will not be published online.

Numbers for order of entry will be handed out beginning at 8:00 on the first day of the sale. If someone has posted a list, please sign up. Please note: Beacon Estate Sales is not responsible for posting or maintaining the list.

Cash and credit cards are accepted.

All sales are final and all items are sold “as is”.
