During the COVID-19 Pandemic, Beacon Estate Sales is committed to adapting our same reliable and transparent estate sale services to best protect the safety of our clients, customers and staff.
- When necessary, we’ll be offering alternatives to traditional sale formats, including by-appointment sale services and online purchase options. To learn more about online and by-appointment sales, please visit our Guidelines Page.
- Sale durations may be extended to accommodate alternative sale methods and safety restrictions while making sure there is still ample time to sell as many items as possible.
- Per CDC guidelines, masks are strongly recommended on site for staff and shoppers at sales and pickup.
- Hand sanitizer and masks will be available for staff and customers.
- We will limit the number of people allowed into a house at one time, based on town or state safety standards.
